Tours will be available with different start dates in 2017 on LAKE GEORGE, SARATOGA LAKE, & THE MOHAWK RIVER.
Lake George was named after King George II by William Johnson in 1755 and holds significant American history both above and below the water. In 1791, Thomas Jefferson described Lake George as, “… without comparison, the most beautiful water I ever saw…” Over the years the Lake George has become one of the most popular Lake’s in all the Country due to the water’s clarity and purity, which the locals take pride in conserving and protecting year-round. Between the amazing views, awe-inspiring sunsets, fireworks, a lively downtown area and countless outdoor activities, Lake George’s ability to please its tourists has given the Town notoriety on a national level.
At 4.5 miles long, 1.5 miles wide and about 95 feet deep, Saratoga Lake is perfect for cruising around on the tiki hut! Not too big and not too small - just right. Attracting people from Albany and all over the Capital Region, this Lake gets a lot of attention throughout the summer months. Already a popular summer spot due to the racetrack and downtown area, our tiki hut stays busy on Saratoga Lake! There are a handful of restaurants and establishments situated around the Lake for you to visit on your tour as well.
As the largest tributary to the Hudson River in New York State, the Mohawk River has always held great historical value in our State. This year, The Rivers Casino & Resort and the Mohawk Harbor have since been established and situated on the Mohawk Harbor in Schenectady, NY. The new businesses have drawn exceptional amounts of attention to the area! With a casino, hotels, shops, restaurants, a marina and an amphitheater being built, the Mohawk River has become a new sweet spot in upstate New York. Come visit our tiki on the Mohawk River and spend time touring around Schenectady!
